To kick-start the blog, I would like to present to you an interview with Leonard Bernstein which has never been made publicly available.

This interview was recorded at the Barbican Centre in 1986 onto tape and has been digitally restored and remastered.

In 2008 I began researching material for a book on Leonard Bernstein. What I ended up with was an eclectic mix of  interviews, photos, speeches, letters and other documents which have either been overlooked or undiscovered by researchers and biographers to date. 

Now, seven years later, I have decided to publish my findings on the internet for all to enjoy.
